Your health and safety during the NCBMP 38th Annual Conference is a top priority. We have put measures into place to ensure this.

In order to attend the conference, you will need to:

1. Show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test taken within 72 hours of arrival via the Health Pass by CLEAR. NCBMP will be using Health Pass by CLEAR, which provides a secure, digital proof of COVID-related health insights via the free CLEAR mobile app. Complete your health screening with Health Pass by CLEAR ahead of time for expedited check-in and entry! We encourage all attendees to complete this process at least 24 hours before your arrival.

3. For those unable to download the app, we will also accept a copy of your vaccination card or negative COVID test taken within 72 hours of arrival.
   
   
4. Read Waiver and Sign Waiver
   
   
5. Participate in daily temperature checks during the conference
   
   
6. If your temperature is higher than 100.4 degrees, we will ask you to sit for 15 minutes and will retake your temperature again after the 15 minutes. If the temperature remains the same, you will need to take a Rapid PCR test nearby and show the registration check-in team a copy of your negative results before you can return to the Conference.
   
   
7. Wear your mask in all areas except while actively eating or drinking
   
   In addition to these measures, each registered attendee will receive a PPE kit, sponsored by Visit Detroit. The kit includes a mask, hand sanitizers and wipes and will be given at check-in.
